Without a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE and an ENDORSEMENT form naming the Marysville Peach Festival, the City of Marysville, their officers, agents and employees and Sapphire Group LLC as additionally insured issued by your insurance company, you will not be allowed to participate and no refund will be made in such cases.
